– 1 1/2 kg de lagarto
– 2 latas de cerveja preta ou bock
– 2 latas de molho de tomate tradicional
– 1 pacote de sopa creme de cebola

* Coloque a cerveja, o molho de tomate e a sopa de cebola numa panela de pressão e misture bem.

* Junte a carne, tampe e cozinhe por 1h30.
